Foot pain

I am 13wks post pop trying to walk more and have found that I have pain in the arch of the foot on my op leg. I had a  THR .  Anyone else gave this?

    I think it might be a good idea to mention this to your gp as sometimes nerve damage can happen.

    I had a pain on my foot after my firs thr and got a support insole which really helped me. it might be worth a try.

    Hi Gilly,

    I have not had your symptoms.  I am 10 weeks out.  However, after the THR, I had swelling of the right foot.  It has gone down, but not completely gone.  Others on this sight say it takes time.  So I’ll wait!!!

    I had something similar before my THR, and saw a physio who helped me with ortho shoe inserts.

    Sounds like plantar fascitis, shoe inserts should help. 👣
