Unless you are experiencing pain or bleeding when masturbating, there's no reason to think penetrative sex will not be good with your foreskin as it is. You will need to make sure your partner is also aroused and well lubricated either naturally or with lube such as KY jelly and it would always be advisable to wear a condom with a new partner. Just because you are not like other men does not make you any the lesser for it.

    Hola Jesus,

Type "stretch my foreskin" in the search bar for Google and YouTube.  There you will find some suggestions for personal manipulation of your foreskin... using baby oil or something similar, stretch the opening until you an insert a finger, then more.  Go slow and do not cause pain or irritation.  Be patient, and take your time.  Enjoy the process.

As has been mentioned, you can fully enjoy masturbation and sex with no problem.  However rememember to clean under the foreskin in the shower as you bathe.  I think you do want to be prepared for if the foreskin does not hood again once an erection subsides.  Again, lube or baby oil and patient manipulation should help you recover.  If it does not, then by all means seek medical attention... but it will go back either by yourself, or with help from another.

A doctor can do this surgically, or in many cases, you can do it manually.  Try it manually at first... be patient... it will take time to stretch the skin back.

    Suerte amigo,

    K
