found bumps between thighs, &bum cheeks what is it help

thursday i felt what i thought was a spot on my bum cheek didnt think anything of it until i looked in the mirror and i have 3 on one side of my inner thigh, one the opposite side one on each bum cheek and one close to anus

een woth same secual partner 6 montns not intching or hurting seriously freaking out are they warts?

so embarassed to speak to anyone and avoiding my boyfriend as worried about speaking sbout it image
