Freaking Out, is this Herpes/Bad UTI/Yest Infection?

Ok so last wednesday i had a fever and felt awful but assumed id caught what my toddler had. The difference is, he has a cough cold and i had none of that but had burning pee and after speaking to a dr they gave me uti anti biotics for three days they stated my urine tested positive for an infection but by thursday evening i noticed skin coloured pimples around my labia/anus and then what looks like a red sore/cut on either side of my inner enterance. This freaked me out and i started googling my symptoms and it came up with the above. since then ive came on my period and all the gum clinics are closed for easter although im nearly due off it. I did notice the inner bits dont look as sore but the pimples (cant see anything in them) are still lightly there and i just feel super sore like i have nappy rash or something. my pee doesnt burn now but if it touches any of those spotted areas it does. ive recently split up with my ex and now im wondering if he knew he had herpes or if i do just have a bad uti and because i have mild incontience it could of made me sore? or hair growing bk? i havent noticed any blisters and im taking pain killers or using vagisil/thrush creams to make things more bareable. This is the first time ive ever experienced anything like this ive never had an std and the only time i tested for abnormal cells was ten plus years ago and they went back to normal.

    Yes, looks concerning in regards to herpes. Best advice, get into the doctors office and ask for a SWAB test when you have active sores or other herpes symptoms.

    itching

    burning

    body aches

    fever

    head ache

    sores that break open

    sores that crust over
