Freezing then sweating

The last couple days I have literally felt like I am frozen one minute then hot as heck a while later. Headaches every evening as well. Could this be related to Peri? My husband says I feel like I am on fire ..but I have nonfever.I have posted on my Anxiety board. As well since i do not know if this is med related or hormone related. sadxx Robin

That was me when I started peri. It was awful. Sweating buckets then I would need a sweater for the chills. I wound up on hormones and that helped. Good luck. šŸ˜Š

Stephanie. Thanks I will be following up with my gyno in a few weeks. I saw him 2 weeks ago and he did a pap and exam and blood tests. When I see him next he is going to do an ultrasound and then tell me all my results and if I need / should be on anything for Peri. xx

Thats like me lately hot one minute then cold the next, feeling like my face is hot like i am running a fever, then i feel like i have the flu and i feel nauseated to where i can't eat a lot.Ā

It could mean that your blood pressure is up or your heart rate is high due to being in menopause and the anxieties we get with it.Ā

Now all day yesterday i felt nauseated and had feelings like i was running a fever my heart rate was at a 112 that morning and i felt weak sick tired and just not myself at all yesterday. I think it started on Wednesday when my heart rate was at at 117 and the blood pressure was at a 143/80 something like that. I was in and out of the bathroom all day urinatingĀ

Then on Thursday i felt really nauseated and warm and i couldn't sleep Thursday night and all day Friday just felt warm like i was running a fever with my heart rate at a 112 my blood pressure was normal but the heart rate was fast.Ā

When i am like this i take my temp but have no fever so its just the menopause doing this to us

Susan, thanks for the reply. Thats exactly what I have been feeling with the exception of my heart rate. Have you been in Peri very long? Is this the new "normal"? The fluxuations are like this constantly are they? I could not handle it if it was like this ongoing for years till Menopause hits!! Xx
