Freezing to the bone and tingling all over

Hi all you lovely ladies, just want to ask if anyone experiences coldness and body tingling for whole days, this maybe related to sinus as i do have pressure in my nose and cheeks or do you think its another horrid menopause or peri symptom. Do any of you have or had this.

Yes, your hormones and estrogen level changes can cause that. I have it sometimes in my hands, arms and legs. I had to read up on that. I've been elevating my legs at night when I sleep with a pillow under my knees and that has helped. Sometimes I sleep with my right arm elevated above my head or on top of a pill on my chest. Seems to only affect that arm. That has helped the tingling and helps with circulation. I haven't experienced coldness though. I did though when I put a lot of biofreeze on last night ha.....

i think is another peri symptom. i do too sometimes have it, especially close to my period.

thank you all for your replies and support, i will ask about my thyroid function when i next see my specialist at the hospital, im due to see him in October although im sure iv mentioned it before to him.

I think there can be lots of reasons : being unwell, thyroid or iron levels but think it's also common in peri /meno to have difficulty regulating temperature generally. Process of elimination unfortunately! Hope you feel better soon x
