Friction or Herpes Outbreak??

So I was with a guy in April (2 months ago) as a random hookup before meeting my current boyfriend. i was drunk and dumb forgetting all about condoms with the first guy. however with my boyfriend we started off using condoms for the first month of being together and progressed towards unprotected sex. I don't know anything about either ones previous sex life. 6 days ago i had sex with my BF and there was prolonged intense rubbing on my clit and it was completely dry. Right after intercourse & the next day i had developed a soreness in the exact area. The day after i also would like to mention that i shaved with a dull, old razor over the irritation. this razor had also left a burn on my back thigh. On wednesday i noticed sort of ulcer looking spots in the same places his fingers stayed the whole time he was fingering me. they were wet and were painful and scared me because i couldnt tell if it was herpes or friction. Normally i wear tight pants and thongs plus im always sweating down there so its not completely uncommon for me to see this type of thing, but however these are larger and seem to be getting bigger. I would like to mention that being so nervous i keep touching this and pulling the skin tight so i can get a better look... can somebody tell me what this might be?

the picture is from today. Thank You!image
