I still have same symptoms as when I had my gallbladder... there were no stones which dr. said is good... however the stomach pain, nauseau, sour stomach, pain under right breast around to back.... difficulty breathing and minty taste in my mouth... this is daily whether I  eat or not... suppose to have a ESU in August. also a small nodule on the pancreas they are not sure if it's on or near CT showed this! Anyone in this group have similiair issues ? Any suggestions ?

Thank you.

You need to see a Dr that specializes in the pancreas.  GI Drs are good but not necessarily when it comes to the pancreas.  Go to a teaching hospital.  ERCP is necessary.

    Good luck.

The Dr. I'm seeing is a  specialist in pancreas and EUS.... I'm not sure of the difference between the EUS and ERCP....

Hello Rose, I am in a similar situation as I had my gallbladder removed in December and am still having symptoms and pain. Did you have your EUS done? ERCP is where they use a scope to inject a dye into the bile tract system and then take an x-ray, where as EUS is a scope that uses ultrasound to image the pancreas.

Hi, Sorry to hear you are suffering also... I have an EUS next Mon.the 13th of Aug. hoping to have some answers. What tests have you had done... is it true that even with gallbladder out there could still be gallstones stuck in the bile duct?
