I have front ankle pain to the left, it is bad on and off all day and I limp with it but in bed it really kicks off, the pain makes my face screw up, some pain in front of knee and thigh ant ideas anyone? x-ray came back ok

Hi Deni bedtime is dreadtime mostly. I have nerve pain and bed is the worst if the rug touches it omg Tourette's comes into play. And I don't do any pain relief. If your in a walking cast or boot and not wearing a levelling shoe on good foot to keep an even gait it will cause back hip knee pain and damage. Do take care.

thanks for your reply Jenni had this around 3 months I'm not familiar with the boots etc? have GP appointment Tues, it's knowing what to say to him!
