    Hi Happy chick

Depends on the fat content.  Only you can work that out.  Are you eating them as part of a meal as don't forget you only have 45g of fat to play with, spread over 3 meals.

According to My Fitness Pal, Tesco finest 40g fruit scone is 142 calories, 3.2g fat, and home-made (doesn't specific weight) is 250 cal and 12g fat. So I think the answer is no!!

Thank you I've gone for malt loaf , just as nice much much lower fat than a scone ,

Technically though, if she ate one fruit scone as a meal she'd be ok.  Bit boring and a waste of her fat allowance.

Not really, 3.2g of fat in 40g is 8g of fat per 100g, although I agree she would probably get away with it, and it doesn't seem worth it!  What I do is have something really special, like King prawns. Nutritious, low fat, and delicious!
