I have a crazy situation with my right eye. This doesn't happen all the time but enough that I feel self conscious about it. ONLY when I wear my glasses (progressive lenses) does my right eye roll inwards. Again, this doesn't happen all the time and really only at a closer distance, like when taking a selfie or sitting across a table from someone. If I remove the glasses, the eye straightens out. If the left lens of the glasses are covered, the eye also straightens. I went back to where I got the glasses. They say nothing is wrong. They recommended an optimologist. They did all kinds of tests on my eyes. They can see what the eye is doing while wearing the glasses but as my eyes are healthy, they don't recommend anything like surgery. I asked if he thought monovision contacts or non-progressive glasses might help. His only reply was "You can try....or take off your glasses for selfies" (seriously???!!) I went back to where I got the glasses and thought I would try the contacts. Normal contacts still cause the eye to roll....but wearing only one, the right eye stays straight! I got the monovision ones. The eye stays straight but the "one" image my brain sees is the one from the reader lens so things close are clear but the distance vision isn't clear.
Anyone ever hear of something so crazy??? I am tempted next to try the normal lenses with the no line bifocals....but I hate the spend that kinda of money with no guarantee. it's so annoying that no one knows an answer and they are just letting me figure it out as I go along.
