Oooooooh I feel your pain!! I am exactly the same.

I've just started on HRT again but also after recommendations I'm trying magnesium, b vits, vit d and evening primrose... I'm not sure yet if they're doing anything.

I ache so much that these days if i bend down it feels so hard to stand back up, I'm 47 and my 73yr old mother is fitter!! I try yo exercise but after about 10mins I'm done... I totally run out of breath and like you, I wake up tired, tired, tired!

I wish there was a magic energy pill!!!

Hang in there darling, it's a sunny day, hope it's a good one for you. xxxx

Ha,, I'm 50 and my 15 yr old often laughs when he sees me bend over or walk down the stairs. Not in a mean way-just like 'what's wrong with you'...

Yes, wish there was a magic pill. I take many supplements and not sure they do anything but I still take them anyways. I feel worse the week before my heavy period and I don't understand why.. It's like my body is getting ready for this event every month. I can eat anything in site for a couple days--shoveling the food in, and have terrible mood swings too.. The last 3 days things ached-- knees and feet really bad-- last month it was my shoulder--I feel like I'm old. I do sleep BUT like you, feel like I run a marathon at night because I'm exhausted in the morning. Would like to try and get back to the workforce but I don't know how I can do this Usually feel better after my period which I tend to get my energy back. This to me is ODD.. So maybe a week or two I feel good then the other two I feel horrible due to this period thing. I will tell you that if you live near a pool, go visit!! The water feels absolutely amazing and when I go on a regular basis, I don't feel the aches so much.
