Gallbladder.

Had nausea, right shoulder ache, reflux, fatigue etc and had my gallbladder out 3 months ago. I have most of my symptoms again and put loads of weight on so i am disappointed that i probably didn't need it out if i am still having all these issues.

I am sorry to hear of your issues. Did the doctor find gallstones or why did he remove gallbladder??
Reflux is a separate issue. Ask you doctor for a prescription for acid reflux.
see (GERD ) online. Also sleeping with ur head above your stomach can stop the acid from comin up the valve a nite. It a simple matter of gravity. There are bed wedges available for this condition available at hosital supply store, or sleeping a recliner for a few days and see that helps.
Also in most cases after gallbladder surgery it's important to avoid spicy foods, fatty foods and some dairy. The gallbladder supplies special enzymes to break up fatty foods. It no longer is available. It takes time for your body to adjust. Some doctors can prescribe enzymes tablets. Check your diet and see if changing the foods you eat helps.

PS: drink milk with your meals to coat you stomach it helped me a lot along with acid reflux meds . After a diagnosis or GERD I finally was able to get it under control.
Take care.
