Honestly don't panic because that's exactly what happened to me and I worried about it. It will sort itself out but out of all four wounds, it took the longest to heal. I just kept my belly button clean and gave it time. It was fine after 2 weeks. If you are worried about infection then pop to the doctor.

sometimes the incisions can become infected and you just need a course of antibiotics...usually nasty greenish gunk is coming from wound .. The rash? Very strange ..
If worried pop into your nearest a and e if the GP is not open..
But totally agree Jim the incisions do get red especially for me the one just below my boobs ..I really reacted to the glue for the first 10 days really itchy and sore but no infection. Then it dissolved and fantastic...
hope it settles down .. Sally
