yes I do. you just had major surgery. 2 weeks is not along time. Just need to rest and let your body heal. Feeling. weak and tired is normal. Don't worry you will be ok.

I had my gall bladder removal surgery 3 years ago, & I found an excellent Company that makes suppliments that our bodies actually absorb & utilize properly. Wellness Resources is the Company name. I take a good daily multiple vitamin, and their digestive helper works wonders for my missing gall bladder. Call this Company and get their catalog, you will find,( like I have), that there are other suppliments that will help you as well. You will see,(like I have), that the daily multi vitamin will give you much needed energy & that the digestive helper will help with digestive challenges brought on by your missing gall bladder. You must try to avoid fats, spicy foods, soda pop, & being careful with dairy products- get a lactose free milk, & avoid cheese if possible, yet we all need a good fat free yogart which is low in sugar, so read labels carefully. I hope this helps & best wishes to you in your new gall bladder free life. Welcome to us strong survivors of life without a gall bladder.

You're very welcome. Also, a good suggestion is to sleep at an angle with a wedge, or buy an adjustable sleep by number bed like i have and adjust it so you can sleep at an angle. I have other digestive problems & have tried everything from Dr.'s perscriptions to altnerative medicines and i found out that all PPI medications can cause alzhiemers after long period usage. USA Dr.'s will refute this claim but if you'll research this subject,( like I did extensively), you'll find that Europe is ahead of us by at least 15 years medically & scientifically, and it is well documented that ppI's cause alzhiemers, as well as other problems. So after 40 years of using them I completely stopped all of them & refuse to use them, even though my GI Dr. still defends them. I sleep at an angle, take Tums when necessary, use suppliments from Wellness Resources, avoid foods I should not eat, and my GI diseases are managable. Best wishes.

yes vitamins can help. But I never take any vitamins or supplements. Everyone is different and they won't work for everyone. Glad you are happy with them.
