hi not felt gallstone pain in my stomache for a while I did the once a few weeks ago but I've been in extreme pain with my upper back nearly every day. can gall stone pain radiate to your back

Yes, that's one of the classic symptoms .... be mindful of what you eat i.e., avoid fatty foods. But most of all go and see your dr.

yes it can. this happened to me during my last severe attack. i had lower back pain.
