Genital herpes from HSV-1 even though I've had cold sores since I was a kid?

I am scared to death!  I somehow got herpes!  I have been with the same guy for 3 years and before we ever had sex I went and got a full STD test, including bloodwork and was negative for HSV-2, so I know I did not have herpes prior to him. Anyway... we had sex on Monday and I was itching for a couple days, which I get yeast infections fairly often and was having the typical symptoms of a yeast infection, so I didn't think anything of it. I had a prescription for some ointment that's supposed to be for yeast infections that I got a long time ago. I had never used it, so I decided to give it a try on Wednesday. When I rubbed it on my vagina, it started burning and then I got a painful bump, so I put a warm washcloth on it and it turned into a blister. I am freaking out. I went to Planned Parenthood on Friday and they told me that they couldn't do a swab test because the carrier had already picked up the specimens for the day and he wouldn't be back for 5 days because of the holidays and that it would have to be picked up within 24 hours so we couldn't do that. They tried to draw my blood, but they stuck me 4 times and they couldn't get a vein, so the nurse looked at it and visually diagnosed me with herpes. Of course this made me freak out and has almost cost me my relationship and I am so stressed out and depressed over this. I went to urgent care on Saturday and they did a swab test and I'm nervously waiting on the results, but she too, said it looked herpetic, but that she couldn't say definitively that that's what it was. 

I am so confused as to how I got this. I know 100% that I did not have genital herpes prior to being with my before and I have not cheated. He has not had a blood test but says he has never had anything on his genitals in his life or any reason to believe that he has herpes. He did, however, have a cold sore about a month prior to this. We had sex once while we had a cold sore. We didn't kiss or have oral sex, but he did finger me. Could he have touched his cold sore and I got it from his finger?  We had oral sex 2 days before that bump/blister appeared, but he didn't have a cold sore then, it was about a month before that he had a cold sore.  Also, I know that I already have the cold sore virus because I've occasionally gotten cold sores since I was a kid.  Can I be re-infected with a virus that I already have? I'm fairly certain that if this is herpes, it has to be from his cold sore... either from his finger or he was shedding the virus when he gave me oral sex two days prior to me getting the blister.  But I've read that you can't get re-infected with the same virus you already have?  Thoughts??  Also, he was very rough with me when we had sex, rougher than he's ever been and I got really dry and it hurt pretty badly. Any chance at all that it could be a friction blister? neutral  I know that it does look like herpes.  I have absolutely no other symptoms though. 

Sorry for being so hairy, I'm normally well-groomed, but haven't shaved because of this.

    Hello Beautiful. Nowadays only the doctor has it because I have exactly the same as you and herpes ... however I want you to know something ... it is not the end of the world nor is it for all the people who have it, it is difficult because he also cried a lot and was really scared that yes

    It has happened to me not to choose my partners well and to have a very liberal sex life, however this has completely stopped me.

    I want to tell you several things that have healed my sores, I have thrown several things that can help you too and you have healed me little by little, but today I still have it. but it takes away the pain and alleviates it completely:

    Hydrogen peroxide to disinfect

    Pure sabila freshly plucked from the plant

    Apple vinager

    Sugar dissolved in a little water

    Garlic in the pieces directly in the sore

    and to relieve black tea

    You are beautiful, and it is important that you know that you are worth the same as before you have it.

    I'm not sad, we're many with that, I'm 19 recently and obviously made me feel bad ... we can talk if you want.

    This has helped me in another way to be strong and courageous.

    I also had dry sex recently and ended up with a few tears down there. But I also got blisters a few days later that are white and keep getting bigger. I went to the doctor today and they swabbed me and said it could be herpes but it could just be from too much sex. I'm confused like you are, because I never had any history of cold sores and neither has my boyfriend, and we were each others firsts and have never had this problem before. I get how annoying and frustrating all this is for you!!
