Genital Wart? Syphillis? STI?

Hello I am sexually active for these few months but I always practice safe sex with condom. 

I am always the receiver during anal sex. 

Yesterday I discovered two little bumps on my penis shaft. (Small and little pale white) not sure if they’re pimples or genital warts they say. Don’t think it’s poppable - I didn’t try.

My sexual activities are anal sex (receiver with condom).

And the last time I did penis rubbing together without condoms are 2 weeks ago and 5 days ago 

What are the possible STI if they are?

    Share pics for better advice.

    Always use condoms during the full act including any rubbing or oral sex too.
