I'm a child abuse victim and have been struggling with self confidence and lost my self "sexually" for a long time. Contracted chlamydia twice and now I just want to know are these genital warts or something else?

Sorry to hear that. Those don't look like warts to me, but you should get them checked out. If you're in the US and don't have health insurance, then Planned Parenthood do free or low cost STI testing in some places.
