GERD or something else?

recently ive been experiencing shortness of breath after eating, not so bad that im hyperventilating but feeling like im taking deeper breaths, usually occurs 30mins to an hour after, i always feel as if i have snot in my throat just below my adams apple and i have to keep swallowing, experience a faster heart rate. usually 90/100bpm but i have seen it as high as 120bpm from eating before, snacks usually dont effect my bpm so i gather its to do with the digestion process even though it still scares me. i also feel nauseous to the point where i fear food because i hate feeling nauseous, id rather throw up and not feel nauseous rather then not throw up but feel nauseous for a while, after small snacks i dont particularly get these effects, although i do kind of get out of breath from general walking, but im not physically fit so this is expected (note: i am a 20 yr old male, 12 stone 2/ 170lbs/ 77kg so im not considered overweight but i am considered unfit) any ideas to help me out thankssmile PS: i also have bad anxiety and have fears about my heart and fears about eating because of the way it makes me feel sometimes and how it makes my heart accelerate. Any help from another GERD sufferer is appreciated or anyone that lives with or knows a GERD sufferer or has these symptoms of another illness.

What are you taking? How long have you been dealing with this? Have you seen a doctor yet about it?

Sertraline 100mg , vitamin d 800,I've been doctors and had paramedics out, 2 ecgs which are normal but show a very slight abnormal heart rate. But the 160bpm thing was new and haven't been able to go doctors yet,I'm getting a 1 month holter monitor and a cardiologist appointment, should I go doctors and bring some other condition up?
