    Hi Louise.

How are your side effects now?

General experience suggests you probably well get side effects. The severity can vary..

Checked out some of the other threads on this site.

There is a wealth of experience on here.

    Good luck 😀

Are you taking themselves for anxiety?

If you can manage with how you are feeling / side effects then I would agree with continuing wish this dose.

I was increased quickly because I was feeding no benefit but looking back I think it was side effects. So the more I increased the more side effects.

      Good luck

Yeah I'm on 40mg ( 5 weeks) been online the since Dec.

Because I went up so quickly, I have really struggled with the side effects and whether they were working or not but now I'm on this dose for longer and side effects have settled in can see they are helping.

Still not out of the woods yet but getting there.

Have you been struggling with anxiety long?

I sleep better now but I have to keep to a strict routine.

I make my bed all cosy, make sure no light comes through the doors or Windows. Only use a lamp at night in bedroom and I'm ready for bed by 930.

Because I always feel better in the evening I found that I would run around like a headless chicken doing all the things I hadn't done in the day. This meant I was wide awake at night so I had to make a routine.

Also, regardless of what time I went to bed I would still wake at 4! It has helped massively.

Even my OH will say ' is it not pj time now? ' 😀

      Are you one sick leave?

I've been off 10weeks, hoping to go back end of week. Very nervous but it's my next step to recovery, I'm hoping.

I don't socialise as much as I used to. With the side effects I found it hard for people to see me like that so I scaled back my circle of friends.

I keep information touch though via text etc.

I'm slowly getting there, I go round friends for coffee and walks. Sometimes I am better on my own then I don't feel as conscious and can do things at my own pace.
