Good days then bad days

hi all

its been 6 weeks since i reduced from 40mg to 30mg last week was ok but the last few days have been hard just wondering is this normal thought i would have settled by now racing thoughts low mood

    Hi Don,every time you change your dosage your brain and body has too get used to the medication again ,so It might take longer than 6 weeks for this medication .I would suggest 8/10 weeks weeks each time you change dosage.Why are you changing your dosage.

      i was having problems with my eyes and feeling numb doc said dose mite be to high

    Changing from 40 to 30 is a huge jump. This would explain why your withdrawal effects are bad.

    I have increased from 30 to 40 since last Thursday and I am still having bad days. Today is a bad day. I have been diagnosed as suffering from a severe episode of Health Anxiety. How long will it take for my new dose to increase?

      everyones different from my experience any thing berween 6 and 8 weeks your best off looking for katecogs on here she give out very good advice
