Graphic pics, I cant find anything like this WTF is this?? does herpes do this? Please help

Had sex with a new guy unprotected....our last time was just over 2 weeks ago...very quick doggystyle and i gave him oral sex until completion. I was shaven using a razor. early last week i felt itchy down there and kinda scratched with tissue vigorously... pee stung it a bit but no more stinging...long story short some days ago i developed this....seems like spots/bumps forming on the other Lip now.

I decided to get my mirror and look and this is what i saw

(Left lip significantly swollen and was sore) after soaking with acv and baking soda the sorness has gone/healing and the swelling has gone down some but a new bump formed on right lip and you can see how congested the bumps are in the inside of the left lip.

p.s the white stuff in the first pic is a combination of left over Sudocrem and tissue

    this doesnt look like a herpes breakout but more like razorbumps, but i could be wrong

    is it very painful? does it sting when pee touches them? do your lymph nodes hurt?

      Hey Anne, not painful atall...first pic it was kinda sore because i watch itching without knowing what was down there...2nd pic very slight itch currently on the bumps...barely notice the itch . I'm due on my period soon....Lymph nodes are not swollen atleast i think theyre not. in the first pic it did kinda sting.... though i had scratched one bump raw on the inner left lip. but today no stinging from pee just tickles slightly.

      im not a doctor so i dont want to sit here and tell you that its not herpes, i can say that it isnt anything what mine was like. Best thing you can do is get tested asap!

    First thing is that it seems you have the same bumps on your inner thigh? Am I correct? Typically Herpes can present as what you are experiencing but you need to get tested for peace of mind and to know what this is.
