Green Tea

Hi all, hope you're all ok?!

Ive been reading other peoples comments about green tea, so i went and bought some but im not sure how much i should drink. I have to be honest im not a massive fan of it and dont really want to drink it all day long....

any recommendations??

    my nurse says you can drink it anytime during the day but I think most have it after a meal.

    have you tried the flavoured ones. I got some the other day and had ones with apple/pear, cranberry, orange and something else. all quite nice.

    tip you do need to have boiling water poured onto the bag and you do really need to drink it as soon after that as poss as the cooler it get's the worse it tastes I find

    OK, thanks for the tip, i'll try some of the flavoured one. I got Twinings ones, didnt really look at anything else so I wasnt aware you could get them with different flavours. thanks for the info.

    Twinnings do flavoured ones as they are the one I was talking about in the post above. Previously I was getting Sainsburys own flavoured with lemon

    i bought a packet of Tetley green tea with honey at the same time as a mixed packet of Twinning green tea. The honey doesn't make the tea sweet but takes the edge of if you know what I mean. I agree the tea tastes horrible cold.
