How on earth can I get constipated on the blue bullets. Since taking them I have been in fear that I would have an accident! now i am flipping uncomfortable as it has been a couple of days! xx

It happend to me too...not the grumpy bit though!
I increased my water intake to 3 litres a day and I have had
no problems since then. Having said that I also eat quite a lot of
fibre in my diet- hooked on Ryvita Fruit Crunch at the moment!
(Bit over the fat allowance though)
You could try prunes in juice or a mild laxative if water is of no help, or go and speak to your practise nurse.

I hated Ryvitas too, but the Fruit Crunch is quite sweet, so when I fancy a cuppa I treat myself to one of these in place of a biscuit
I have just been out to Tesco and purchased 8 packs as they are on offer for a £1. ( yep definately hooked!) I like the fact that they take a time to eat and they are crunchy, they last longer! ha! ha!
A bearded nurse? I remember I got on a train in Epsom in Surrey and there was a bearded lady with a full white beard, she looked like Mrs Christmas :-) She was very well dressed and lovely spoken, apparently she is quite well known in the Surrey area.
