Hello everyone, anyone get bleeding gums when brushing their teeth ?

    Hey Lou. Yes me. Big time gum Probs now but I also have sibo so it could be that. To manage gum inflammation lots of vit c plus coQ10. Salt rinses.

      Also Lou I've been taking maca root and it's so far stabilised my cycle for 2 months running

      Also if your body is too acidic then the body robs calcium from your bones etc to alkalize so try keep your acid foods to a lesser amount . Ie not too much meat caffeine sugars etc

    really? Ive had bleeding gums for the last few months even though i brush my teeth reguarlly I thought it was because my teeth were getting looser being older

    Hi Lou

    Yes I got that too early into meno symptoms. Think i changed to softer toothbrush and sensodyne and it corrected itself. Worth checking with dentist though.

    Yes my gums started bleeding more so i got some good mouth wash and that seems to have helped x

      does the menapause cause this problem then just when i think i get to know the symptons another one comes up this menapause really stinks at times doesnt it

    Try swishing with hydrogen peroxide. It really helps.
