So this is what the form said after. There was a granularity in the terminal ileum (biopsy taken, awaiting results), Grade/Stage 1 internal hemorrhoids and otherwise the colonoscopy was normal. 36 year old white male. I take it overall this means things are decent, I think the sample was taken to rule out Crohns.

Your doctor should have explained it to you. Call him or her.

You shouldn't have to decode the results yourself; your doctor should have explained them to you. Go back to your doctor and ask for a simple explanation in plain English.

Just for your own understanding, and what I do myself, is look up the words I do not understand. I use google a lot to figure things out when i do not want to wait for my next appointment. Sometimes it is scary just waiting.
Basically, though I am no expert, it sounds like it is a normal colonoscopy. I have had several and believe it or not the Dr. would most certainly have said something right after your test. I have also been there when my spouse had their colonoscopy and he was told during the procedure that they found a polyp and removed it. What they do here in the US is just snip it off and cauterize at the same time. If they suspect anything whatsoever they send it to be analyzed, which is called a biopsy.
I know it is easy to worry but if you do feel the least amount of anxious just call your physician and ask. The physician will understand your concern and discuss with you the results, but you have to make that call.
Hope this helps you to feel okay about asking for your health care provider to explain to you more fully your results.
