Had my gallbladder out , have some questions , hope you can help.

I had my gallbladder taken out last Wednesday, it was done Davinnci which is easier than the other ways , with faster recovery time. But this week I hurt at the top of my belly button even when I bend over, and have some constipation. I really dont know what to eat, they told me to eat low-fat diet. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    To get rid of constipation i recommend a sea water flush or Mag07.  Sea Water Flush

    ( 2 -4 times a week ) 16 ozs water 1 - 2 tablespoons of  sea salt, in the morning

    on an empty stomach. You will keep drinking 1 to 3 quarts more of water after that.

    Also, you will need to be near a bathroom as the cleanse will take around

    75 ­ 90 mins to be complete

    I Had mine out in 2012 you must let it heal its a big thingas i was oped up the old way i dont have any bad side effects except where they Cut me accross my musle now my stomach has a Buldge i have to wear a Brace no pain at all but i am on 200Mg MS Conton a Day 2 x 30Mg Proladone supp as i have had half by Bowel out Ilium 3 foot of Gang Green intestine 4 Discs out of my Back left me with Cronic Pain Life is hard at time,s .Lost my Wife in 1993 messed with my Head for years then a Drunk driver Killed my youngest Son in 1998 .

    But just give yourself time to heal cheers and stick with it ?

      goldwingman! WOW! You are a true survivor of heartache and I am so impressed with people that survive all that you have. Life is hard for all of us, but we can always find one that has lost more than we have. You are an inspiration. You have been through a lot, but you are not defeated and that is good.       G,Day Angela72602 Yes Life can be cruel at times but i have a very Beutifull Daughter and a Very Handsom Son who just turned 40 this year We both ride Bike,s im in the Uylsses Club we do a Lot of charity work i find that if im home alone the Pain is about 7 or 8 but if im doing chairty work im not thinking of my self keep your Mind Busy and you will find the Pain Leval is now as bad i miss my other half very much im old fashined i did not let my Wife work i had 6 jobs as i wanted her to look after the Kids i was a Fireman

      Prosess worker

      Cleaned a Hair Salon

      Cleaned a Casino

      Rebiuld lawn mower,s

      And any other job i could get thats why im paying the cost now my Body is stuffed worn out if i was a Horse they would put me Down But i can not do any thing silly it would break my kids heart with the Pain 24/7 would drive any one crazy but now that im a Father i can not think of my self even my family has grown up im still a Dad i gace up Smoking in 2012 i just Lost 21 K,s But i keep busy with chairty last year i collected 68 dozen easter eggs and we broke into 4 groups of bikers and visited all the Old Age home in town and haned out a few eggs to the Oldies they loved it keeping busy is the Key if you get a chance Google North Albury Book Shop Bombing thats me in my black iniform with white helmet on the roof with a line of fire hose this really happed in Albury in 1982 it was so cold then it snowed here very unheard of Keep Busy Please ?

      I am happy you are not alone! I assume you have to have constant pain medication. I hate you have so much pain. Yes, keeping busy and doing for others is a great way to forget self and the problems you face. you keep up the good work and you will be blessed! Have a great day as possible.

      G,Day angela72602 Yes i have a few differant pain Med MSContin Proladone supp with 75Mic Gram Fenytanel Patches i use one or the other but am Not allowed to use both at Once my Pain all started from a Bad Dr so called Surgen back in the 70,s as we have a Big problem where i live from Ice and all other Druggies there bloody every where i have my good days and my Bad days But since stoping smoking i have bought a new 1800 goldwing and a Cub Kamperroo Trailer so i love riding went to the Moto Gp with my Son and got on the Beer for 3 day had a great time at home i dont drink life is good at this stage ,Hope your going Ok cheers for now Talk soon ?

    my suggestion don't bend over just cos your op was keyhole doesn't mean your not full of stitches. Inside . The little puncture wounds are wounds and they are cut through your muscle . You will ache and be weak for 6 weeks . You will feel really energy less in another couple of weeks as your body heals then . Yippee you'll recover. be sensible you don't want complications by overdoing it R and r .

    G,Day Tammy 25682 for goodness sake give your Body time to Heal its a big opp even if you had Key Hole surgery there are stiches in side and swelling Time give your body time and eat what i eat Oats no sugar i use Honey its great its only been just over a week since the opp just take it easy even you might not look as if you had a Big Opperation its a big deal for your Body just relax you will come good ,I Dont eat any type of take away food for years No fish n chip No Pizza No KFC cut all fatty foods an sugar out and eat smaller portions you tummy will get used of it Did the Dr give you Pain Relief Med,s dont take to many as they bind you up i eat Prunes after tea each night Hope this Helps you all the Best and keep your Mind Busy Ok Thinking of you goldwingman .
