Hi.
I had a haemroidoctomy on 27th September 2019. I was in a lot of pain but settled down a bit, then 2 days ago I started to notice a different pain. I knew it was piles pain after suffering years.
I went to the doctors, she said the pile is small and to take a supposotrie but no way can i put that in with the pain I'm in.
Has anyone had a problem like this after surgery? The procedure was so rough and recovery time was very painful. I don't want to have gone through that for nothing! 😢 So fed up now and upset!

It is very dispiriting. Some people have surgery and no problems at all afterwards, but for others the piles do return. I have two operations and three other procedures and they always return, sometimes months later or sometimes it can be years, but I have never found anything that worked permanently. I would love to hear from anyone else who has found a solution that worked permanently .

It's a stressful situation
I just had a second hemroidctomy done Monday
but when having this surgery you literally have to make that commitment in your lifestyle and habits of eatting, exercise, and toliet business.
I would recommend you doing the way the doctor wants and take some pain medication sometimes you just need to bite the bullet and do it
