Big boned i asked my doctor about the hair loss and she said it is important to take the vitamin tablets as stated as it could be a side effect, i have also noticed that my skin has become very dry. I have bought some vitamins, just have to remember to take them, and hope that it helps.
I have not lost now for 2 weeks and feel really bad about it, i am not doing anything different just feel like giving up, hard work and nothing to show for it. My neice is following slimming world and is loosing on average 2-3lbs a week. some days i just cry and think is it worth it, it makes me so unhappy when i dont loose anything.
Hope you are all having a better time than me.

DON'T GIVE UP
Not sure if you're eating enough?? Are you using your fat quota ? If not eat more fat but keeping within the limits of course. Make some changes in your diet. Perhaps your body has got used to what you are eating. Somebody else on here suggested having a few days off the tablets but still eat sensibly to trick your body into thinking the 'starvation' as finished.
Keep us updated on how you are doing x

thank you soo much for asking your nurse i will indeed start multi vitamins
Don't give up, i'm sure i'm not the only one who has got soo frustrated with my weight that i have cried like you - the fact we are all on tablets proves we all have issues with either appearance/weight.
keep going give it a bit longer - maybe ask the nurse or doctor for some advice if they are any use, good luck for this week

I have been battling myself to stay motivated and trying so hard to get on the wagon. Been avoiding the blue pills for a while and don't know why. I have put on a pound but know I will be putting on more when I go back to nurse. It does get tough and so hard to stay motivated. I'm finding too much is happening at once and I'm struggling to deal with all of it at the same time, not realising one positive can bring about many others..
I'm sure your hard work will pay off soon, just keep on at it and keep us informed on how u getting on...
I will try get the motivation soon myself...
All the best
