I've had thinning, but if I were you, I'd have bloodwork done to make sure your thyroid isn't out of the norm.
Good luck!

Hi ya
Apparently we loose up to 100 strands of hair per day. I know I loose them 😢. Try not to worry about it as this can cause stress which makes it worse (easier said than done) I know....I have the t.shirt. Try nioxin shampoo x that’s quite good and I now use a suphate free shampoo and it’s slowed down a little. Have u recently had an op? If so the body puts its energy into healing the damaged part so that could be another reason xx hope it helps a little

Hi again hun, hope you are not too bad today. I' ve lost a lot of my hair, so much so that once every 2 months, I have what little I do have, shaved off, and I have a selection of wigs which my partner and son help choose with me. You can't tell, even my closest friends don't know. There is little you can do, but accept it and deal with it. You'd be pleasantly surprised at how natural and comfy and easy to care for, todays wigs are, and good value for money too. Keep your chin up its not the end of the world. XXX

Hi, yes I have had the hairloss. I had my ovaries out in December because of a cyst. My hair shed terribly. Lou 44 says about having an operation makes hairloss bad, I think it made mine worse, but I also think the sudden loss of hormones caused it. I went on to hrt and took iron tablets and vitamins. It seems to have slowed it down alot. It's still thin, but I'm not crying all the time about it now. It's horrible and frightening losing our hair. xxx

One of the first things that happened to me a few years ago, when peri started ravaging my body. I had blonde, thin hair to begin with. 😕 Ran a pick through my hair and lost oodles! Don't be alarmed. Normal bs with this crap!😒

Feeling my hair, I couldn't tell, but last night I pulled out a huge hand full of hair from the tub drain. I was shocked. It was way more then the norm.
