    Hi there,

i have been taking these for about 4 months, my migraines are less severe and reduced to one episode a month. I would give them a good month to get into your system. I take mine in the mornings after breakfast,

    Hi,

I took these they were brilliant, I decided to come off them and now I'm really suffering with migraines again. Keep taking them I promise they will help. I was tired too, but it gets better. Try taking them before bed won't do any harm.

Hi being tired on this medication is totally normal because they slow your heart down. Also, I've been on them for nearly three weeks and they haven't properly kicked in yet. Give it time! The dose can be increased to as much as 240mg so it might be that you need a higher dose. Good luck.

Thankyou alll for replying and for the helpfull advice. Going to see how I cope today with these tablets ( since starting them saturday till Tuesday I have been off work) Today iam at Work. Not sitting I work in a supermarket on my feet all day around a store I will have to see how I get on? If aim like the last couple of days I might change my dose to night time instead? Is that safe? Should I seek advice first ?

you don't need to seek advice about changing when you take your tablets, take them when's comfortable for you.
