I don't get it on my hands and feet, but I do have that on my neck, not actual sweating but a clammy feeling. Sometimes in the breast area as well

Yes, as a matter a fact I was wondering if it is my body's version of hot flashes. I haven't had my last period yet but know the end is near. I'm 54.It is weird to be so sweaty but not hot. There are these new disposal body wipes and I think I need to invest in them!

Can I ask how you know the end is near? I was hopeful as my periods were erratic then they started spreading apart and getting shorter, now am back to every three weeks and five days of period 😦

    Hi Pamela,

I went through a phase of this last year, yes. Last winter I wore short sleeves and a light jacket the entire time. I wore the lightest footware I could get away with... no boots unless it was frigid outside.

Yes Pamela. This happened to the bottom of my feet. It got so bad the bottom of my feet started to peel really bad. Thank God it now ended. Hoping that it never returns
