Hard lump on roof of mouth

Ive noticed a hard lump on the roof of my mouth I noticed it about 2 months ago i notice some swelling on the right side and when i felt it with my tongue it feels hard and then 2 days later a smaller one came out in the opposite side that one seems to shrink but the other is still there it also blends in like the same color of my roof

Ive gone to my pcp and she didn’t see or feel anything and couldn’t do a biopsy since theres nothing i also went to my dentist and he also didn’t see anything of concern i dont know what to do my anxiety isn’t helping either
