Still trying to figure out the best procedure to manage BPH. The answer is not crystal clear. I'm open to any and all advice from your experiences. Much appreciated.

I just posted a message titled, Chronic Prostatis and BPH, PAE, HOLEP. Take a look at that.
As far as Simple Prostatectomy is concerned, I would go to Sloan. Although they mostly do Radical prostatectomies for prostate cancer it is my understanding that they will also do simple robotic prostatectomies for bph. These are the best surgeons in the country for this.
There is also David Samadi, another top prostate surgeon. However, he does not take medicare.
I know 2 people who had radical robotic prostatectomies at Sloan for prostate cancer. They had no incontinence and no impotence starting from day 1.
