I just wish I could sleep all of this away and wake up when this nightmare is over. Or I wish I could see through a crystal ball that this will end and my life will go back to being "normal".
I just turned 32 on Friday, my husband just moved us into a new place that's directly off the water. I have a beautiful view and I can't snap out of this depression. I'm consumed with worry about my health, I just went to the doctor's on my 32nd birthday awaiting results and I'm impeding doom. My poor husband is extremely supportive but he gets frustrated which is understandable. I can't sleep long and I'm not eating much. Not certain if that's the depression or something with my health. I saw a psychiatrist and just started taking Prozac for am anti-depressant and Trazadone to sleep.
I'm constantly praying... please someone help me.

Hi Sorry to hear about your issues. I know how It feels to be really really low. It sounds as though you have good support around you even if you're not ready maybe to use it yet.
I would really advise staying active. I know it becomes nearly impossible but just try to force yourself to do one thing a day. Then build up.
Same goes forfood. Be nice to yourself. Treat yourself if you want, it's good!
As for the meds, I'm speaking from lots of advice when I say they just really do not work for most people, and you will only be putting off more difficult issues for later on . Seeing as your only starting on them I would really go back to your doctor and say you don't want ti take them. Get them to advise you on natural methods instead.
Hope you feel better

Thank you Ted. I've tried the natural route it worked the first time then it didn't work anymore. Some of us are just wired differently I suppose. I'm going to start going out and walking again tomorrow it proved to help recently. So we'll see.

Hi Nai,
Yes I had tummy pains and an upset tummy too. Those symptoms did pass. I wondered if it was because I wasn't eating properly as well as taking the meds. Once I started eating better, my tummy got better. We will get through this, one day at a time. Take care Hun and let me know how you're getting on.

Hey Hope,
I've been cognizant to eat today at least every few hours and it's seemed to help with the stomach issues. So fingers crossed things will continue to move forward with ease.

I've been their and sympathise with you its such a horrible place to be having someone to support you must help your recovery time I would guess, take the prescription it will get better soon it may seem like forever but couple of months will soon pass and you'll feel better again don't try and rush and put more pressure on yourself it wont help
