Having a very hard time please help 😔

I am panicking getting hit with 2 things

taking my daughter to specialist on monday due to losing 20 pounds in 7 monthswent from 122 to 102she is 12 and just got her period last year all bloodwork from her physical came back normalbut im still worried getting her hormones checked

she shows No signs of sickness at all i just feel its oddand of course im thinking scary diseases

now today my mom calls and has issue with her bloodwork kidney fuction and anemia i googled and it points to renal cancer

i am sick to my stomach how am i going to do this?? everything at one timei cant stop googling i know i have toim terrifed about my kid and now my mom

    Hi jenifer please dont worry . try to compose yourself. You just google not consult with dr. I m male so dont know ladies problem. But i think your daughter has no danger by the grace of God and your mom also will be ok. Because u r constrating on google. Plz consult with dr. I just write post here that how much we have to believe in google. Most people answered that your own dr can tell u best. So be brave and go to ur dr and checkup ur mom and daughter. Hople u will listen good news.

    yes, please stay off google. nothing good comes from it so dont torture yourself for no reason.

    you have to be in good shape for them and yourself!!

    TRY CALMING YOURSELF DOWN with great positive meditations for anxiety, fear, breathing on you tube. thet get u in a better frame of mind.remember negative thinking is not based on fact, only fear and what ifs.

    it will all work out ❤❤❤
