ive always had migraines but started to get headaches that were far worse. Taken to hospital twice, saw GP, none of them took any notice of my description of the pain.
Saw a chiropractor who identified the problem in minutes.
Muscles in my shoulders and neck are weak. I'd been using a heavy sanding machine. My spine had rotated slightly, the muscles moved out of place and the whole thing seized. Nerves and blood vessels were compressed causing the horrendous pain, dizziness, nausea.
If you think it's anything to do with your spine it might be worth seeing a good chiropractor.

ive always had a back problem since I fell down some stairs 40 years ago and some of my neck and spine problems are due to ageing ( I'm 61)
i was just surprised that the 7 different Drs I saw didn't pick up on my neck problem--- even though I told them it was painful and I drew the lines on my head where the pain was and told them it was totally different to migraine. When the chiro diagnosed th problem she told me where I'd felt the pain and drew the lines on my head in exactly the same place. If it had been a different muscle in my neck the pain would have been in my head still but gone over the tops of my ears which is what made me think maybe you have a similar source for your pain.

I read another of your posts just before Christmas about the benefits of a chiropractor and I promised myself that I would find one but that is hard. I am now trying to get an appointment with my GP to recommend one..that in itself is an ordeal!
Is that how you did it?

Are you convinced that the abnomality of the spine is responsible? That would suggest to me that the abnormality happened 3 months ago. That would seem unlikely.
Or am I way off?
