Headaches, depression and HRT

every day I have a headache. EVERYDAY! brain scans clear. blood tests all normal except hormones that have plummeted into menopause levels despite still getting the occasional period. I have hot flashes sometimes and low levels of depression. but mostly its the HEADACHE. Has anyone had success relieving headaches and depression with HRT? I hear HRT can make headaches worse?

Hi, have you had your vitamin d tested? I was having headaches every day and my vitamin d was extremely low. I now take a supplement and the headaches went away

      Hi

I have had every test known to man including all vits and chemistry. The only thing I am completely deficient in is Oestradiol. these levels are below post menopausal levels despite still getting the occasional period. I'm really looking for advice on HRT results and headache relief. I already take a multi with Vit D, practice meditation and take good care of myself. Thanks so much for your response though.

I only asked because i had alot of tests as well but i had to request the vitamin d. I cant even get a dr to test my hormones and i cant take HRT because i had a blood clot. I wish i could! My current symptom is ringing in both ears. I hate menopause!! I pray you find relief!

i have chronic headaches but they were mild. However when other symptoms of peri started my headaches became severe. I have daily tension headaches, neck pain, nothing works for my headaches. I just try to keep hydrated, eat healthy and use heat/cold. I get ear ringing from the stiff muscles in my neck I believe. I got vit D, b12, thyroid everything checked, all clear. so it must be the hormones. sorry I am not much help but you're not alone.
