    Hi Adrian!

I have horrible health anxiety, well I kind of always had anxiety but it has got worse within the last year. My grandma died of cancer at 47 and my mom passed from cardiac arrest at 47. So I feel like I either has cancer or i'm going to have a heart attack. Lately I have been worried about having Lupus or fibro. I could be having a great day then BAM the pains and aches in my body, my scalp hurts, my knees and arms so that's what makes me think of Lupus. I can't take this anymore. My 11yr old son even notices, he said " mom you seem different now" :-( any advice anyone?
