Health anxiety

Omg I'm scared to death, I'm convinced I have mnd. I randomly twitch all over my body, suffer with weak jelly arms that ache like hell some days and regular leg aches and pains. I always have phlegm in my throat and have to cough to get rid of the crackle. My voice so. Sometimes cracks if I'm speaking. Just recently my ankle bone has started to hurt and woke me up from sleep last night. Im now really aware of it when I'm walking as I'm frightened to death it gives way, another sign of mnd. I can't carry on like this any longer x

twitching is very common with anxiety. ive had it on and off for over 30 yrs. also had weak arms, legs, horrible fatigue,

tinnitus, floaters in eyes, tight throat, buzzing entire body, etc All is ok.

lots of phlegm is not unusual.

GET A CHECKUP for peace of mind, but i doubt its nmd
