Health anxiety afraid or BC

 Hi guys, I'm been obsessed with my left breast and left side of my body again... I always feel discomfort in my left arm, left shoulder and left breast.. I've been feeling this last year and early this year when my anxiety was very high but this past few months I've been very busy with my work and forgot my health anxiety but just last last week I feel the discomfort again... I'm afraid that I have BC! And today, just today... I have a small painful lymph node in my underarm. I don't know if it's just a reaction because I've been shaving lately and used an antiperspirant... Please help...

    Have you talk to your doctor about this?  If not, I suggest that first because it will help you ease your worries.  And you have to trust your physician because they have more experience with body ailments.

      Thanks! Lymph node in my underarm is gone now...
