Health anxiety / headache tension / wobbly feeling

Hey guys,

Past number of days after my bowel scare I've started to have bad headaches. At first it was a sharp shooting pain down the right side of my head, now it's a constant pressure in my head. Almost like it's in a vice. This in turn is making me feel a little 'off balance' is the best way to describe it. I've recently visited the doctor and she says my bloods etc are all fine. So I know it can't be anything serious as I can still go to work and be as 'normal' as possible. Any tips or suggestions to help ease it off? At first I thought it could be an ear infection but the doctors have checked my ears numerous times and there is nothing wrong with them. Any help will be great 👍🏻

Same problem here I just posted about it yesterday I hope you get something that helps, I feel off balance as well but I'm not just a feeling with the pressure feeling in my head also been having headaches where I feel like I got heart beat in my head an can feel it bouncing with every beat, been feeling like a foggy dizzy feeling but can still walk straight and coordination is fine I have no idea what it is or how to fix it. It does however seem better when I'm busy and not really thinking about it but that only lasts so long before that's all I can think about again I'll keep checking back to see if you made any progress or get a good tip

It's been going on for a number of days now. I can't seem to shift it. I hope it's not an ear infection as that would normally F your balance up. I think it is just anxiety that I can't shake as I'm thinking about it a lot, even when I try not to think about it's still there. It's amazing how much anxiety can account for, if you mentioned anxiety to me over 18 month ago I would of laughed it off. Not now though. rolleyes

Yea mine started 4 months ago and prior to that i woulda nEver believed it. I still don't believe it honestly I just had an increase in dose on my medication and I'm gonna give 2 full weeks then I'm heading back to the dr and I'm not leaving until I have every other thing it could be ruled out I think that's the only way I'll actually get over it lol
