Heart Murmur heard in neck

I’ve never had any cardiac issues but I was having a medical this morning for a driving assessment when the doctor told me I had a murmur when listening to my neck. Then checked my heart and said it was fine. 

Does this mean the murmur is not a concern? Should it be something I keep in mind for future?

I did think I was iron deficient (as I’ve had a very low hgb before), but had a blood test come back normal, I’ve read that being anaemic can cause murmurs
