I get chest and heart pains a lot with my anxiety.
Some nights like tonight it's so bad though, can it really be anxiety when it's this bad. The pain is all over the chest but more prominent on the left. It almost feels like somethings stuck and I can't relive it. It gets severe and I'm just waiting for something terrible to happen ie a heart attack or something. I'm so scared. I hate how real the pains are. Even when I relax and tell myself it's anxiety it doesn't go away

Anxiety has many many physical symptoms but these are harmless, I notice you mentioned that even when you relax and tell yourself it is anxitey it doesn't go away, the answer to that is it won't! Why? Because your mind is focusing on that part of your body and when you tell yourself it's anxiety you are reforcing your belife that there is something wrong(trust me I've been there). When your mind focuses on a part of your body you will feel every little niggle.
You would need to occupie your mind with something else that you would require your mind to focus. Many people would say go for a walk when realisticly this wouldn't occupie your mind it would just allow you to think a lot more. You should try something that would require your mind to focus on that just an example... Say Aqua aerobics where someone is giving you instructions, so therefore you would need to focus on the person & listen, this would prevent your mind from wondering.

I just feel so weak from it all and like it's just constantly going downhill.
I am ok when I'm kept busy though like at work or if i take time out with my little sister. This is why I try and tell myself when things get bad that I must be ok because I wouldn't have felt so ok earlier on the day.
