Heart Palpatations

I have been having alot of heart palpations. Has anyone else experienced this during the menopause transition?

    Yup, always around my period. Arent they lovely. Arg.

    Yes Linda, very common symptom of peri/meno. I get them randomly but they have lessened since being on hrt. I try not to panic when i get them & they usually pass fairly quickly - I tell myself its just a peri symptom & that really helps me not to panic when they happen. xxx
