last year i suffered severe anxiety and palpatations were terrible. i was taking a full dose of propananol to help with palpatations 120 mg and didnt help. they went for many months ans free of them back on my original dose 80mg .. i have recently started having them again and i mean struggling all day everyday with them. i feel it every couple of breathes just skip a beat then start. i have been told by many doctors there not life threatening and just relax and try and forget about them. i would if i couldnt feel them. when i feel it it makes me cough. anyone out there like me that suffer slurts of them and just feel like there all just stuck in your chest coming out one by one. horrible 😦 went the doctors and my blood pressure was fine. my health anxiety kicks right in and maybe makes my symptoms worse as i really do focus. the first thing i thought of this morning is palpatations x

yes very true. when palpitations are due to anxiety, they will not hurt you. its just adrenaline causing it.
The more you focus on them, the more you will have them.
a very important key to managing them is
proper breathing. it works for me every time! When you start to feel that way, search YouTube for something called stop panic attacks now. Then scroll down to one called don’t panic. It’s in black letters.
Even if you are not panicking, this teaches you how to breathe to reduce your heart rate and get control.
She guides you through it and it’s short but very effective!
You can do this anywhere without anybody even knowing you are doing it.
also, millions of people have anxiety palpitations all the time due to anxiety. It is very common and harmless. So you’re definitely not alone!
Have you ever considered speaking with a counselor about what might be causing your anxiety? It can be very helpful to talk to someone else who can help.
you can gain control over this. When the first thing you think of in the morning is palpitations, you are telling your brain to go ahead and produce them. And it will.
So you need to get into the habit more of a positive mindset. When you wake up in the morning, start out by being grateful for what you do have. listen to some great short positive meditations for anxiety on YouTube.
stay Busy. It will keep your mind off of palpitations.
Practice proper breathing.
Do you things that relax your mind.
from The minute we wake up in the morning, we have a choice. We can think negative thoughts or positive ones. And that will set the tone for the rest of the day.

palpitations are the worst!
questions, have you been seen by a cardiologist, have you had a holter monitor ecg to check on then and an echo.
Have you had blood work to make sure you arent low on iron, thyroid and electrolytes. All these things along with anxiety can cause palpitations. (low potassium and low magnesium can be culprits)
Do you take an extra magnesium? If not try and see if it helps.
