Hi Louis. I have been on 20m for almost 9 weeks and is now a week on 30m. I see some little improvement but generally feeling depressed with minimum motivation or enjoynent. I dont know how long should wait to see full recovery. According to the comments it is normal to go backward sometimes during the process and it could take up to 6 months to feel 100% healed.

Hope get fully recovered. Pray for me. I am feeling sooooo bad. 😢

Hi I'm on week 9 and feel I've gone backwards (20mg) did you feel better when you upped dose ? Do you have intrusive thoughts ? A few people on here said I sould stick to 20mg because upping the dose won't make things any quicker we will have to keep in touch seen as were on the same week😀

I guess you just don't know what to expect from this. Again 3 months may be to soon to not still have slight side effects. Keep with it from all I've read on forums its going to take time. I pray everyday for normal days for us all.

Hi Ferim, join the club. Starting week 12 today and wondering if I will ever feel better. I can't find the happiness or joy no matter how hard I try, and believe me when I say I am trying. I have stayed on 20 mg in the hope that this will eventually even out in the next month or two which feels like a lifetime when you are waiting to feel better. I still get the dry mouth and fatigue, and am struggling at work. I also feel so tired of putting on a brave face for the world. Keep going, and lets hope time brings brighter days and fewer side effects. Thinking of you, and sending a special prayer. Lee x

Hi Louis, Starting week 13 on 20 mg and still having waves of occasional anxiety, no appetite and fatigue. what side effects are you still having? Lets swop notes as you are a month ahead of me, and I am encouraged that you are starting to feel normal again. That't so good to hear. Take care. Lee.

Hi Lee , still get tingling feeling in arms and mild upset stomach. Mornings seem the hardest but feel better as day goes on. Other days wake up ready to go then next day not so much definitely a rollercoaster. Keep with it !!

Yes Louis, keeping with it. I hope the side effects subside soon for you. Small steps all the way. The most encouraging thing is that you are starting to feel better. A big YAY to that. Lee

    Welcome to the Club! Louise,

Yep! Many of us are and have experienced what you are and sometimes, only sometimes it seems it gets a little worse before it gets better.

Better is the word or new self, back to normal, me old self or full recovery well, don't go there, nor want to be or expect. Why go back to that which brought you here, there is nothing normal about that?

Time is another good word! Give Cita time to work don't pressurise yourself to get better, let it do its job and in the meantime it could be cr*p, but if you keep hold of the positives they'll help you through the negative. When yer feeling better remember, there may be some downtime. Hopefully, you'll have a little bit more experience with it and a good store of friends here to assist you with your journey.

It may all seem easy for us to say, well, it is because 14 months down the line I still have the odd moments, but we handle it me and those that care - some are here!

Keep reading, keep posting and keep reaching out! No matter how trivial a thought or question may be it is all relevant.

    Regards,

    David
