Hi K, the photo would help in if you can get one to post - if it is on a mobile phone, sometimes the image size is way to big - you need to make it a little postage stamp size on your phone if you can, or if you have a Laptop computer or a PC, reduce the image size and save it as a jpeg.
Pimples, generally, can either be linked to sexual contact, in which case, or you sexually active? Otherwise they can be a minor skin disorder, or can be caused with what you are regularly applying to your penis - such as using soap, shower gel and such like on it, or Lubes such as Baby Oil or Skin Creams, lotions and moisturisers.
So, are you regularly putting stuff like this on you penis, and how do you wash it, and with what?

Still the image source you are trying to use is incompatible with what this web site can deal with.
perhaps you could describe the pimples in terms of size, colour and say whether there is a few of them, where they are located - for example, do they cover the entire head / glans of your penis .... ?
