Hi chick I'm too d same all those symptoms u ave I've had time numerous times n it all turned out t b anxiety it can do sum amazing things to our bodies if we let it... Firstly try calm down working yourself up will make things worse. Sit propped up deep breath inhale for 4 secs hold for 4 n then release out slowly keep doinbtil it calms ur heart down.drink sum ice cold water .its weird we all think is it actually anxiety or serious but likelihood is if happened before n u are OK believe its only that..if it were heart attack u wud no all bout it! Its an awful thing I no only too well stay strong n ride thru it as calmly as u can x

Michaela8375..... The thing I found out is that when u start stressing and getting n a panic ur breathing messes up and that brings on weird sensations. Breath from ur diaphragm not ur upper chest. Breath n through ur nose for 10 counts and exhale through ur nose 10 counts.
